Great fundraisers aren’t born. They’re made.

Sharpened by real feedback. Strengthened by smart strategy.

Built through repetition, refinement, and someone brave enough to say, “This part? We can make it stronger.”

Isolation is expensive. Guessing costs money.

And trial-and-error is a luxury most nonprofits can’t afford.

Fundraising Stars exists because ambitious fundraisers deserve better.

You deserve expert eyes on your work before you hit send. You deserve a room that challenges you, champions you, and expects you to rise. Your growth matters. Your revenue matters.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Rachel, a smiling woman with long dark hair in a trendy top, shares a delightful moment with a man in a suit, discussing nonprofit fundraising strategies, surrounded by vibrant blue walls and books.

Be honest. Is this you?

You’re staring at an appeal draft wondering, “Is this strong enough?” — and you don’t have anyone you trust to give real, strategic feedback before you hit send.

You’re juggling campaigns, events, donor meetings, and board expectations — but you don’t have a clear, prioritized plan for what will actually move revenue.

You’ve bought the 12-hour course with the “bonus portal”… and it’s still sitting there. Because you don’t have time to binge-watch lessons while your appeal deadline is breathing down your neck.

You don’t need more information. You need someone to look at your draft, tell you what’s weak, help you make it stronger — and a room of smart humans who’ve got your back while you do it.

You’ve tried…

Hiring the “big name” consultant… only to be handed off after the contract was signed and left with generic advice that didn’t move the needle.

Sitting through free (or not-so-free) webinars packed with hype, buzzwords, and “3 secrets” — but no real feedback on your actual fundraising.

Buying the 12-hour course you fully intended to finish… except your campaign launched, your board needed slides, your donor meeting got moved up — and now it’s just another login you feel mildly guilty about.

None of it solved the real problem. Because the problem isn’t access to information. It’s access to expert eyes on your work — in real time.

Rachel Muir, a warm and approachable nonprofit fundraising consultant, smiles brightly at a light-filled café, embodying a spirit of generosity and fun, ready to inspire nonprofits to thrive.

Imagine…

…hitting send on an appeal knowing it’s going to crush your revenue goals because each line has been reviewed, edited and sharpened.

…walking into your major donor meeting clear on the ask, confident in the strategy, and ready for the conversation.

…having a place every single week where you can say, “Here’s what I’m working on. What am I missing?” — and getting honest, strategic feedback that makes it better.

  • ✔️

    Ditch the busywork.

Focus on what actually brings in money.

  • ✔️

Hit send without the stomach drop.

Your messaging is tight, strategic, and built to convert.

  • ✔️

Raise more without doing it alone.

Expert feedback. Real accountability. A room that makes you better.

I created Fundraising Stars because I saw too many talented fundraisers stuck in isolation — buying courses they didn’t have time to finish, hiring consultants they couldn’t access regularly, or trying to piece together strategy on their own.

She started Girlstart in the living room of her apartment with $500 and a credit card. Several years later she had raised over 10 million dollars and was featured on Oprah, CNN, and the Today show.

Her business cards didn’t say CEO or Executive Director. They read: Fearless Leader.
